(collectively, the “Parties”) hereby stipulate as follows: 1. Apple believes that its opposition to Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification requires 4 discussion of a number of legal and factual issues that cannot be addressed within the Local Rules 5 default page limits; 6 7 2. Counsel for the Parties have met and conferred and have come to an agreement, subject to the approval of the Court, regarding page limits for briefing on class certification; 8 NOW THEREFORE, the Parties stipulate as follows: 9  10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Apple’s Opposition to the class certification motion shall not exceed thirty (35) pages in length;  Apple will not oppose a request from Plaintiffs for an additional ten (10) pages for their reply brief should they determine that they need additional pages.
