on his own behalf in proceedings in this case on Monday, February 13, 2017, is confined at

Sacramento County Main Jail, Sacramento County Sherriff’s Department, 651 I Street,

Sacramento, CA 95814, in the custody of the Warden. In order to secure this inmate's attendance,

it is necessary that a Writ of Habeas Corpus ad Testificandum issue commanding the custodian to

produce the inmate before United States District Court Judge William Alsup at the United States

7

Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco, California 94102, in Courtroom No. 8, 19th Floor,

on February 13, 2017, at 7:00 a.m, and from day to day until completion of the proceedings, or as

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that:

A Writ of Habeas Corpus ad Testificandum issue, under the seal of this court,

commanding the custodian of the correctional facility to produce the inmate named above to

13

testify in United States District Court at the time and place above, and from day to day until

14

completion of court proceedings or as ordered by the court; and thereafter to return the inmate to

15

the above institution;

The custodian is ordered to notify the court of any change in custody of this

inmate and is ordered to provide the new custodian with a copy of this writ.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a courtesy copy of this order and writ
