Pursuant to FRCP 4l(a)(l)(A)(ii), Defendants 5 SYNARC, INC. and AARON TIMM ("Defendants") by and through their attorneys of record, represent 6 Defendants' non-objection to Plaintiffs request to dismiss her case with prejudice, and thus Defendants 7 hereby stipulate to the same.
