Now pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint,
22
filed March 21, 2013. (Dkt. No. 7.) Plaintiffs have not filed an Opposition or Statement of
23
non-opposition to the Motion to Dismiss, as required by Local Rule 7-3(b). Accordingly, the
24
Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiffs to SHOW CAUSE as to why this action should not be
25
dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs should file a response to the ORDER to SHOW
26
CAUSE, along with a response to the Motion to Dismiss, on or before April 25, 2013. If no
27
response is received, this action may be dismissed with prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of
28
Civil Procedure 41(b), for failure to prosecute.

The hearing date on Defendants’ motion to dismiss is vacated pending further order of
the Court.
