On March 6, 2013, Plaintiff, a California prisoner proceeding pro se, filed civil
17
action in this Court. On the same day, the Clerk notified Plaintiff that he had neither
18
paid the filing fee nor filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). Along
19
with the notice, the Clerk mailed to Plaintiff the Court’s IFP forms, instructions for
20
completing the forms, and a stamped return envelope. In the notice, Plaintiff was
21
informed that the case would be dismissed if he did not either pay the filing fee or
22
complete his IFP application, including a statement from his inmate trust account and
23
certificate of funds signed by an authorized jail official, within thirty days. Plaintiff
24
submitted two IFP applications that did not include the trust account statement or a
25
signed and completed certificate of funds form. No further communication from Plaintiff
26
has been received. As more than thirty days have passed and Plaintiff has neither paid
27
the filing fee, submitted a complete IFP application nor shown cause for his failure to do
28

so, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The incomplete IFP applications (docket

2

3 and 4) are DENIED and no fee is due.

The Clerk shall enter judgment and close the file.
