Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court finds that defendant’s motion to dismiss,
14
which has been noticed for hearing on 6/24/15, is appropriate for decision without oral argument.
15
Accordingly, the hearing date is vacated. The motion will be taken under submission and decided
16
on the papers. Plaintiff, a detainee who has been released from custody, must still file an
17
opposition to the motion.
