WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL AND [PROPOSED] ORDER.

Bank of America moves the Court to permit the withdrawal of Daniel H. Bookin,

Randall W. Edwards and Dixie Noonan as counsel of record for Bank of America in this matter,

There is no prejudice to any party by the proposed withdrawal, as Sean Commons

of Sidley Austin LLP now represents Bank of America in this matter. (See ECF No. 12.)

Bank of America hereby requests that the Court grant this motion and remove Daniel H.
