White 24 Defendant. 25 26 27 28 -1ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE CASE NO. 3:13-CV-1300-JSW Case3:13-cv-01300-JSW Document142-1 Filed07/29/13 Page2 of 2 1 2 The Court is of the opinion that the Stipulated Dismissal with Prejudice agreed to by 3 ChriMar Systems, Inc., ChriMar Holding Company, LLC (collectively “ChriMar”) and Extreme 4 Networks, Inc. should be GRANTED. 5 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all claims made by ChriMar against Extreme 6 Networks, Inc. and all counterclaims made by Extreme Networks, Inc. against ChriMar are 7 hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to the re-filing of same, subject to the terms of the 8 License and Settlement Agreement between the parties.
