WHEREAS, Plaintiff DOUGLAS CORBIN (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against

21 Defendants WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., and WELLS FARGO INSURANCE SERVICES
22 USA, INC. (“Defendants”), on March 26, 2013, and served the Complaint on April 16, 2013;

WHEREAS, Defendants must answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint by

24 May 7, 2013;

WHEREAS, Plaintiffs and Defendants have stipulated that Plaintiffs shall have an

26 additional thirty (30) days to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Complaint;
