No. 90 12 13 The motion for an order compelling discovery is denied for failure to comply with the 14 provisions of the Court's standing order relating to discovery disputes. The request for a hearing is 15 denied for the same reason. If the parties have a genuine discovery dispute that requires the 16 Court's attention, they should submit a letter brief, as contemplated by the standing order, that 17 gives the Court enough information to assess the dispute and determine whether a hearing is really 18 necessary. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
