CIVIL NO. 3:13-cv-01678-CRB
STIPULATION FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR DEFENDANT TO
RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S MOTION
FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (THIRD
REQUEST BY DEFENDANT)
18
19
The parties through their respective counsel stipulate that the time for Defendant to respond to
20
Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment be extended 14 days from August 29, 2014 to September 12,
21
2014. This is Defendant’s third request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff’s motion for
22
summary judgment. Defendant makes this request for a short extension because counsel responsible for
23
briefing this case is ill and has been unable to complete the briefing in this complicated case after only
24
returning from vacation on August 25, 2014. Counsel greatly regrets any inconvenience to the Court.
