This is Defendant’s third request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff’s motion for 22 summary judgment. Defendant makes this request for a short extension because counsel responsible for 23 briefing this case is ill and has been unable to complete the briefing in this complicated case after only 24 returning from vacation on August 25, 2014.
