Plaintiff Richard Skaff and Defendant City of Sausalito, by and through

their attorneys of record, file this Stipulation And Order For Dismissal pursuant
16
to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure section 41.

Plaintiff filed this lawsuit on April 26, 2013.
18
Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into a “Settlement Agreement And
19
Release” which settles all aspects of the lawsuit. The Agreement states in part
20
that “The court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce this Agreement.” Plaintiff
21
and Defendant stipulate to the court retaining jurisdiction to enforce the
22
Agreement.

Plaintiff moves to dismiss with prejudice the lawsuit against Defendant.
24
Defendant, who has answered the complaint, agrees to the dismissal.
25
This case is not a class action, and no receiver has been appointed.
26
This Stipulation and Order may be signed in counterparts, and facsimile or
27
electronically transmitted signatures shall be as valid and as binding as original
28
signatures.
