1 2 3 4 5 6 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 7 FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 8 9 ERNEST EVANS, et al., 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 Plaintiffs, 12 13 No. C 13-02477 WHA v. ORDER DENYING REQUEST TO MODIFY BRIEFING SCHEDULE 14 HEWLETT-PACKARD COMPANY, et al., 15 Defendants. / 16 17 The parties request an extension of time for plaintiffs to file their reply brief in support of 18 the pending motion for leave to amend (Dkt. No. 76). The request vaguely states that the 19 extension is needed to “accommodate the case load and schedules of the Plaintiffs” but does not 20 justify increasing plaintiffs’ time to file at the expense of the Court’s time to review the motion. 21 Good cause not found, the request is DENIED. 22 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 25 26 27 28 Dated: September 24, 2013. WILLIAM ALSUP UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
