(“Carroll”) and Ceresia Blanchard p.k.a. 2 Ceresia (“Blanchard”) (collectively, “Defendants”), by and through specially appearing 3 counsel, have moved the Court for an order extending time to respond to the complaint filed by 4 Plaintiff Matthew Beckely (“Plaintiff” or “Beckely”). 5 6 The Court, having reviewed and considered the papers filed, and good cause appearing therefor, 7 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants’ motion is GRANTED. 8 Blanchard’s response to Plaintiff’s complaint shall be due on or before 9 October 24 10 11 , 2013.
