On May 15, 2015, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit vacated

the judgment in this case and remanded with instructions that the case be dismissed with
14
prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. The mandate was issued on June 30, 2015, and filed in
15
this Court on July 8, 2015. Accordingly, with good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY
16
ORDERED that this case is now DISMISSED with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction.
