("Plaintiff") brings this action for, 19 inter alia, copyright infringement, patent infringement, and 20 misappropriation of trade secrets against Defendant ATopTech, Inc. 21 ("Defendant"). 22 10-2, 10-3, which were filed by Defendant in connection with its 23 pending motion to dismiss. 24 are the subject of Plaintiff's trade secret misappropriation 25 claims. 26 documents in question are not trade secrets. 27 The Court declines to reach the merits of Plaintiff's trade secret 28 claim on a motion to seal. Plaintiff now moves to seal two documents, ECF Nos. ECF No. 25 ("Mot."). Both documents Defendant has opposed the motion on the ground that the ECF No. 29 ("Opp'n").
