January 13, 2017), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the case is CLOSED, and all pending

17

motions are TERMINATED, for statistical purposes only.

Nothing contained in this order shall be considered a dismissal or

19

disposition of the action against the defendant, and should further proceedings become

20

necessary herein, any party may initiate them in the same manner as if this order had not

21

been entered.
