WHEREAS on July 2, 2013, Plaintiff filed his Complaint in the above-captioned court against Defendants and served the Complaint on each Defendant. 8 2. WHEREAS on July 2, 2013, the Court scheduled this case for an October 2, 2013 Case 9 Management Conference. 10 3. WHEREAS on August 14, 2013, Defendants each filed respective Answers to Plaintiff’s 11 Complaint. 12 4. WHEREAS the parties are exploring the possibility of an amicable solution to the matters 13 contained in the instant action, the parties agree that a continuance of the Case Management 14 Conference would allow the parties to further explore global resolution of the matters without the 15 need of further litigation costs and court intervention. Accordingly the parties stipulate and agree 16 as follows: 17 STIPULATION 18 1. The parties stipulate to a ninety day extension of time for the Case Management 19 Conference 20 2. The stay and extension will not result in prejudice to any party and is in the best interests 21 of both the parties and Court 22 3.
