The date by which Defendant must respond to Plaintiff’s First Procedure 12(a) and Local Rule 6-1(b)) will be November 18, 12 M ILLER L AW G ROUP Amended Complaint (pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil 11 A P ROF E SSIONAL C ORPORATION C ALIF ORNIA 10 2013. 13 14 2.
