(“L+G”) and Wellington Power Corporation 4 (“Wellington”), by and through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate as follows 5 pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-1(a): 6 1. Plaintiffs filed their Motion to Remand (Dkt. 23) on August 19, 2013. On August 27, 7 2013, the Court entered an Order approving the August 26, 2013 stipulation between 8 Plaintiffs, Pacific Gas & Electric Company (“PG&E”), Wellington, and L+G, to continue 9 the hearing date for Plaintiffs Motion to Remand until October 31, 2013, with any 10 opposition(s) to be filed no later than September 17, 2013, and Plaintiffs’ reply brief to be 11 filed no later than September 24, 2013 (See Dkt. 34, p. 2:21-27). 12 2. On September 12, 2013, the Court approved the Parties’ subsequent stipulation to further 13 extend the briefing schedule for Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Dkt. 36), making PG&E’s 14 opposition due no later than September 20, 2013, and Plaintiffs’ reply due on September 15 27, 2013. That stipulation did not extend the deadlines for L+G and Wellington’s 16 opposition(s) to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand. 17 18 19 3. Plaintiffs, L+G, and Wellington agree that it would be prudent for the briefing schedule on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand to be uniform among all parties. 4. Therefore, Plaintiffs, L+G, and Wellington agree that L+G and Wellington’s 20 opposition(s), if any, to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand shall be filed no later than 21 September 20, 2013, and Plaintiffs’ reply shall be filed no later than September 27, 2013. 22 IT IS SO STIPULATED. 23 DATED: September 12, 2013 KING & SPALDING LLP 24 25 26 27 By: /s/ Donald F.
