WHEREAS, Plaintiff Grif Rosser filed his Complaint in the above-titled action in this
Court on July 26, 2013, and served it on Defendant Ford Motor Company on July 29, 2013;
WHEREAS, the deadline for Ford to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is
August 19, 2013;
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to extend Ford’s deadline to answer or otherwise
respond to the Complaint by 21 days;
WHEREAS, in accordance with Civil L.R. 6–1(a), this extension will not change any
event or deadline already fixed by Court order; and
WHEREAS, execution of this stipulation is not a waiver of any claims or defenses
