The Court hereby GRANTS the Motion, and accordingly orders as follows:

Plaintiffs’ Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of Plaintiffs’ Motion for

Preliminary Injunction (“PI Motion”), as filed on August 8, 2013, is hereby permitted to be 22 pages in

length, exclusive of title pages, indexes of cases, table of contents, exhibits, affidavits, and summaries

of argument.

Defendants are hereby permitted to file a Memorandum of Points and Authorities in

opposition to Plaintiffs’ PI Motion of up to 27 pages, exclusive of title pages, indexes of cases, table of
