1 2 3 4 5 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 6 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 7 8 DOUGLAS O’CONNOR, et al., 9 No. C-13-3826 EMC Plaintiffs, SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEFING ORDER v. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC., et al., 12 Defendants. ___________________________________/ 13 14 In connection with its opposition to Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification, Defendants 15 prepared charts that summarize the contents of the various agreements in this case. It appears, 16 however, that some of the charts may not capture all 17 agreements at issue. For instance, Exhibit 17 53 to the Evangelis Declaration does not appear to contain entries regarding the four “driver 18 addenda” in the record. See, e.g., Coleman Decl, Ex. E. For the sake of completeness, the Court 19 asks Uber to file updated and complete chart(s) by Tuesday, August 4, 2015. 20 IT IS SO ORDERED. 21 22 Dated: July 31, 2015 23 24 25 26 27 28 _________________________ EDWARD M. CHEN United States District Judge
