Cutting and Melvin J. 20 21 22 Switzer’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint Pursuant to FRCP 12(b)(6) shall be filed on or before January 29, 2014. Defendants’ reply papers, if any, shall be filed on or before February 12, 2014. 23 The hearing of the Motion to Dismiss shall remain scheduled for March 13, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in 24 Courtroom 3. The Initial Case Management Conference shall be continued from February 20, 25 2014 to March 13, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. The parties shall file a Joint Case Management Statement at 26 least one week prior to the Conference.
