On September 5, 2013, Plaintiff, a state prisoner

presently incarcerated at California State Prison - Sacramento
20
(“CSP-Sacramento"), filed a letter with this court alleging
21
mistreatment by prison officials at Pelican Bay State Prison, where
22
he formerly was incarcerated.

of the Court notified Plaintiff in writing that his action was
24
deficient because he had neither paid the requisite $350.00 filing
25
fee nor submitted a signed and completed court-approved in forma
26
pauperis ("IFP") application.

Plaintiff was advised that failure to file the requested items

within thirty (30) days would result in dismissal of his action.
