Defendant Yahoo! Inc. (“Defendant”) and Plaintiff MasterObjects, Inc. (“Plaintiff”), by

WHEREAS, on or about September 18, 2013, Plaintiff filed Case No. 13-cv-04326-JSW;

WHEREAS, the Court entered an Order Setting Case Management Conference and

5 Requiring Joint Case Management Conference Statement on November 8, 2013 (Dkt. 15);

WHEREAS, the Case Management Conference is currently set for January 3, 2014 at 1:30

WHEREAS, Lead Counsel for Defendant is not available on January 3, 2014;

WHEREAS, Lead Counsel for both parties are available on January 31, 2014; and
