The Estate of Mohammed Shah et al v. City of Hayward et al

Filing 100

ORDER REGARDING JURY QUESTIONNAIRE. The parties have proposed separate questionnaires that have substantial overlap; they also are too long (though some of that can be addressed by formatting). The court directs the parties to confer and submit on e joint proposed questionnaire and aim for about five pages. The parties must file the proposed questionnaire by September 22, 2015 at 4 p.m. and email a Word version to lbpo@cand.uscourts.gov. The court will separately email the parties a word version of its one-page questionnaire as a starting point. (It is the last page of ECF No. 68.) Finally, the court attaches three recent joint questionnaires that other parties were able to agree to in recent civil rights trials. The court thinks tha t the parties can come up with something similar to the first one but attaches the others for more context. Attachment to ECF 100: first questionnaire. (Attachments: # 1 second questionnaire, # 2 third questionnaire)(Beeler, Laurel) (Filed on 9/11/2015)
