See Civil L.R. 23 7-2(b). Moreover, the “points and authorities in support of the motion” must be contained in 24 “one filed document.” See id. 25 Because defendants’ motion does not comply with the Civil Local Rules, defendants’ 26 motion is hereby STRICKEN, without prejudice to defendants’ refiling, no later than 27 February 7, 2014, a motion in compliance therewith. 28 // 1 In light of the above, the Case Management Conference, currently scheduled for 2 February 7, 2014, is hereby CONTINUED to April 25, 2014.
