On September 25, 2014 the Court issued an Order that the parties complete a settlement
conference with a Magistrate Judge in December 2014;
On October 2, 2014, Magistrate Judge Ryu set a December 19, 2014 date for the
settlement conference;
On October 7, 2014, Unum informed the Court that its party representative was unable to
appear in person on December 19, 2014;
To permit Unum’s representative to appear in person the parties stipulate to continue the
deadline to complete the settlement conference to March 1, 2014.
Furthermore, to permit the settlement conference to be completed before the briefing on
the cross-motions are due, the parties stipulate to continue the briefing schedule as follows:
Plaintiff’s opening brief in support of her motion for summary judgment will be filed on
or before March 12, 2015;
Defendant’s opening cross-motion and opposition brief will be filed on or before March
26, 2015;

Plaintiff’s reply and opposition brief will be filed on or before April 9, 2015;

Defendant’s reply brief will be filed on or before April 16, 2015; and

17

The cross-motions will be heard on April 30, 2015.
