At the hearing on October 17, 2013, counsel for the “Ayala Faction,” Lestor Marston,

represented that co-counsel, Melanie Daniel, would file an application for pro hac vice status

after the hearing. The court instructed her to do so. No such application appears in the record.

Accordingly, counsel is ordered to submit such an application on or before November 22, 2013.
