See ECF Nos. 33, 43. 16 Because Langan filed an amended complaint that complies with the Court’s orders on January 31, 17 2014, the United States Marshal is now ordered to serve summons and a copy of this order on 18 Defendants. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
