The parties through their respective counsel, stipulate that the time for the Commissioner to

respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment be extended fourteen days from May 29, 2014 to

21

June 12, 2014. This is Defendant’s second request for an extension to respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for

22

Summary Judgment.

This request for a short, fourteen day extension is the result of a heavy workload for counsel
24

responsible for briefing this case. For example, counsel for Defendant is responsible for significant

26

agency matters such as two legal opinions for agency components and multiple civil rights matters, as
