Tarquini Attorneys: Laura Ewbank for Plaintiff John Zohman, specially appearing for Defendant Christopher Tarquini, Defendant pro se Deputy Clerk: Betty Lee PROCEEDINGS: - CMC (Telephonically) SUMMARY: This case has already been referred to ADR for mediation. Mediation is to be completed by 6/20/14. Formal discovery is stayed except as provided herein. Initial disclosures shall be exchanged by 3/13/14. Prior to mediation, parties may informally exchange documents. Written discovery shall be limited to narrowly tailored discovery necessary to facilitate mediation. Plaintiff indicated he is available for deposition if necessary. Any further discovery shall be taken pursuant to further order of the Court or stipulation. Instead of filing formal discovery motions, parties shall refer to this Court’s standing order to meet and confer and submit joint letter on unresolved issues to the Court. Plaintiff shall provide copy of document request to defendant’s special counsel John Zohman. Further telephonic CMC is set for 7/3/14 at 10:30 a.m. Further discovery and motion date to be discussed at that time. An updated joint CMC Statement shall be filed by 6/26/14.
