If Defendants file a motion to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12, Plaintiff 19 20 shall file an opposition within 14 days of Defendants’ filing, and Defendants shall file a reply within 7 days of the date Plaintiff’s opposition is filed.
