The parties submitted a proposed stipulation extending the time for Defendant Prelip to

19

answer the original complaint. The Court grants the parties’ stipulation. The time for Defendant

20

Prelip to answer the original complaint is extended to July 25, 2014. Defendant Prelip will not be

21

required to answer the original complaint if Plaintiff files an amended complaint in accordance

22

with the June 12, 2104 Order. Defendant Prelip will otherwise be bound by deadlines applicable

23

to Defendants Burris, Gates, Gongora, Healy and Pimentel as reflected in the Court’s June 12,

24

2014 Order.
