an order pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure dismissing the PLDS

Defendants, with prejudice, in the above-captioned action.

with the motion, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
The motion is GRANTED and HP’s claims against the PLDS Defendants are
