amendment to Plaintiff's Notice of Dismissal Without Prejudice of Ann Rose Wells, Dkt. #16, treating the Estate of
Ann Rose Wells as being substituted for then-defendant Ann Rose Wells, and modifying that dismissal to now be
with prejudice.
