Leslie Ehret 6 and Edward Rantz, Jr., admitted pro hac vice as counsel for SNPHC, maintain their offices in New 7 Orleans, Louisiana, and would incur substantially greater travel time and out-of pocket expense to 8 attend the Case Management Conference in person. 9 10 11 REQUEST FOR RELIEF Counsel for SNPHC request permission to attend the Case Management Conference by telephone.
