The parties to the above-action hereby submit the following Stipulation regarding the Civil

WHEREAS, the parties are in the midst of mediation;

WHEREAS, the parties are in the process of meeting and conferring via telephone and

written correspondence regarding a potential exchange of information in an effort to resolve this
