WHEREAS, the initial Case Management Conference in this matter is currently set for

WHEREAS, on February 21, 2014, Defendant Yahoo! Inc. filed its Answer to the
23 Complaint and a Motion Requiring Plaintiff to Post an Undertaking to Secure Costs and that
24 motion is set for a hearing on April 10, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.

WHEREAS, the parties believe that it would be more efficient for the parties and likely the
26 Court to consolidate the CMC and this hearing date;

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED between the undersigned counsel for
