C-13-5988 EMC On December 1, 2015, the Court entered an order granting Plaintiffs’ d.light design, Inc. and 1 2 d.light design, Ltd. (collectively, “d.light” or “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. 173), and 3 issued a Final Judgment in accordance with that ruling. Dkt. 174. Prior to the resolution of this matter, 4 Plaintiffs posted a bond in the amount of $5,000 in order to secure preliminary injunctive relief against 5 the Defendants. Dkt. 69 (reflecting the Court’s receipt of $5,000 from Plaintiffs). 6 Accordingly, the Court HEREBY ORDERS: 7 1.
