Parties SHALL conform to Rule 26(a)(2). 15 EXPERT DISCOVERY CUTOFF is July 21, 2015. 16 DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS SHALL be filed by August 21, 2-15; 17 Opp. Due September 4, 2015; Reply Due September 11, 2015; 18 and set for hearing no later than September 25, 2015 at 9:00 AM. 19 PRETRIAL CONFERENCE DATE: Novmember 3, 2015 at 3:30 PM. 20 JURY TRIAL DATE: November 16, 2015 at 8:30 AM., Courtroom 10, 19th floor. 21 22 23 24 TRIAL LENGTH is estimated to be days. SPECIAL DISCOVERY AND PRETRIAL PROVISIONS: Plaintiff shall disclose it’s initial disclosures by September 14, 2014. This case shall be referred to the court’s mediation program. The mediation session shall be completed by the end of January 2015. 26 The pretrial conference SHALL be attended by trial counsel prepared to discuss all aspects of the case, including settlement. Parties SHALL conform to the attached instructions.
