PEPSICO, INC., Docket No. 125 Defendant. 12 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 11 Case No. 14-cv-00478-EMC 13 Previously, the Court issued an order instructing Plaintiff Kelly Ree to show cause as to 14 why she should not be dismissed, without prejudice, as a plaintiff from this case. Ms. Ree has 15 failed to respond. Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendant PepsiCo Inc.’s motion to 16 dismiss Ms. Ree as a plaintiff from this case.
