Pursuant to the Court’s orders dated September 18, 2015 (Dkt. No. 124) and November 30,

2 2015 (Dkt. No. 134), the parties provide a brief report and update to the Court in advance of the
3 further Case Management Conference scheduled for January 14, 2016. After an in-person
4 mediation before the Hon. Ronald M. Sabraw (Ret.) on November 3, 2015, and several follow-up
5 discussions, the parties were able to reach a settlement-in-principle in this case. The parties are in
6 the process of preparing a written settlement agreement and motion for preliminary approval of the
7 settlement, which they intend to submit to the Court within sixty (60) days, and they respectfully
8 request that the Court continue the existing stay of all case management deadlines.
