Based on the parties’ stipulation, and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the case management conference currently scheduled for July 24, 2014

at 9:00 a.m. shall be rescheduled to September 11, 2014 at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom 5, 17th Floor,

450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. The parties’ joint Case Management Statement
24
shall be due one week in advance of the Case Management Conference date, and any further request
25
to reschedule the Case Management Conference date shall be made at least ten (10) days before the
26
conference date. The Case Management Conference and the associated deadlines shall be cancelled
27
upon the filing of a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice of Plaintiff’s claims.
