Plaintiff’s counsel mistakenly calendared the 2 due date for his opposition for July 17, 2014, and did not discovery the mistake until he 3 looked on the docket of the Court’s website at 8:30 on the evening of July 16, 2014. 4 Plaintiff’s counsel immediately wrote to Defendants’ counsel and requested a stipulation to 5 extend the deadline by one day, and also agreed to stipulate to a one day extension of the 6 deadline for the reply brief. 7 The parties have previously stipulated to a continuance of the initial case management 8 conference. No prejudice will result to any party as a result of the extension of the briefing 9 deadlines, and it is unlikely that it would effect the hearing date of August 27, 2014 for 10 Defendants’ motion to dismiss. 11 SO STIPULATED. 12 13 DATED: July 17, 2014 GEONETTA & FRUCHT, LLP 14 15 By: 16 17 /s/ KENNETH FRUCHT Attorneys for Plaintiff TRAVIS JONES 18 19 DATED: July 17, 2014 SHARON L.
