They shall submit plaintiff’s claims to be arbitrated before an arbitrator to be mutually selected from the roster of JAMS arbitrators based in New York City; 4 2. The arbitration shall be commenced and administered by JAMS in New York City; 5 3. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the October 20, 2006 arbitration 6 agreement between the parties. Consistent therewith, the employer will pay the necessary fees of the 7 arbitrator and administrative tribunal; and 8 4.
