The Court, having reviewed the parties Stipulation Continuing Motion for Judgment on

the Pleadings and Case Management Conference, filed March 19, 2014, and good cause

appearing, approves the stipulation and hereby ORDERS that:

The briefing schedule on Defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Dkt

5

#12) shall be continued 30 days, with Plaintiff’s response to be filed on or before April 28, 2014,

Defendant’s reply to be served on or before May 23, 2014, and the hearing to occur on June 27,

2014, or as soon thereafter as the Court may order.

The case management conference set for June 13, 2014 should be continued until
August 8
July 27, 2014 or as soon thereafter as the Court can set the case management conference.
