2 claims against Defendant Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company in this action be DISMISSED
3 WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, rule 4l(a)(l ), each party to bear
4 their own fees and costs.
Accordingly, IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that Defendant Hartford Underwriters

6 Insurance Company be dismissed as a party to this action and its pending Motion to Dismiss,
