Toyota Motor 8 Corporation, et al., Case No. 14-cv-01490-WHO (“Lax”); and Plaintiff Babak 9 Taherian in Taherian v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., et al., Case No. 3:14-cv- 10 01884-WHO (“Taherian”) (collectively, the “Parties”), and good cause appearing 11 therefor, HEREBY MAKES THE FOLLOWING ORDER: 12 13 14 1. The case management conference currently set for July 8, 2014 is continued until January 7, 2014 at 2 pm. 2.
